Måsholmen 3 & 4 are two properties in Skärholmen primarily comprising shops, a Folk High School, a local government youth centre and a gym. There are also storage areas in the buildings. Savana acquired the properties from Centeni in 2011. The properties ate located close to the entrance to Skärholmen underground station, near the centre of Skärholmen (SKHLM) and a couple of hundred metres from the E20 motorway. The major tenants are the Stockholm Folk High School Foundation, Mathuset i Skärholmen AB (Prisma) and FW Skärholmen AB.
